Students are encouraged to take part in physical activity both in and out side of school. In theory lessons, learning is made as engaging as possible through colourful task booklets, additional reading materials, as well as using a range of interactive methods to support understanding and maintain motivation.

In practical lessons, activities are delivered through sporting themes that students must learn and demonstrate. At times, students are also given the opportunity to select activities they enjoy from the range offered. This increases energy and interest levels, while allowing the teacher to step in and guide students in improving their skills across a variety of sports and physical activities.
